The drafting, engineering, hydraulics, soil test & the certification process can also be taken care of by Watbuilt.

Watbuilt owns earthmoving equipment and trucks and can include or take care of all aspects of landscaping, pool building, retaining walls etc.

How to get started:

Call us to arrange a meeting at your block of land, home or building site, we will discuss the general requirement for your project. We will then supply you with an obligation free estimate.

If the estimate is acceptable and you wish to proceed further, plans will be drawn up (a deposit for the plans, will be required at this stage) and a written quote will be provided. Once you accept the quote, contracts are then drawn up and executed. We then arrange for the necessary council permits to begin construction of your project.

If you already have your own set of complete plans & specificaions we can provide a written quote free of charge.

Alternately, if you only have a basic set of plans we will be happy to place an estimate on it for you.
