Commercial demolition and make good for Kaelus Watbuilt (Lee) managed and successfully delivered a large scale, 2800m2 demolition and make good of a manufacturing, office and warehouse plant. The landlord was very meticulous and difficult to manage with many restrictions due to the building being co-tenanted. Watbuilt managed all trades including the various certification including, building, fire, electrical, plumbing and mechanical air. The project was delivered a head of schedule and within budget, which was very tight.
