Commercial fit-out for Kaelus Watbuilt (Lee) was managing and even did some of the fit-out himself of 9 high spec offices, meeting room, and board room. The fit-out also included re-location of a 8x 15m mezzanine floor and then building underneath laboratories and office work spaces. Watbuilt managed all the project management and certification. The time line was very tight and quite a few changes had to be managed, which Watbuilt had no problem with and the project was delivered on time and on budget. Watbuilt is flexible and accommodating of the customer needs even if it slows or increases the complexity of the building process.
