Watbuilt Pty Ltd is licensed under the Building Services Authority as a Low Rise Builder. Our company was founded by Lee Watt, the builder and director. Therefore, when you build with Watbuilt, you will be dealing directly with Lee. We are a family owned business with low overheads, allowing us to pass on the savings to you, the customer.
Lee started out as an apprentice carpenter in 1978, and now has over 40 years of building experience in Brisbane, giving him the edge in local builder knowledge and experience.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
- Apprentice Carpenter in family business commenced 1977.
- Apprenticeship successfully completed 1981.
- Qualified as a Registered Builder (Lee Watt) 1985.
- Watbuilt Pty Ltd qualified as Registered Builder 2005. BSA # 1086852
We currently employ 4 permanent employees which have been with the company for many years. Our select group of trades people/sub-contractors have been handpicked, and have also been with us for many years. They know each other well and work together as a team ensuring your project is delivered to you in a professional and timely manner.
In 2019 Master Builders Queensland acknowledged 30 years of Membership with them
